What the bloo** f*** is going on???

Hi

Two browsers - Firefox and Opera - agree that my CSS based page should sit
in the middle of the browser.

One - IE 6 - thinks it should be on the left.

!!!!!!!

I'm basing my page on
http://css.maxdesign.com.au/floatuto...torial0916.htm

Nothing much changed from the original

Why is this happening?

Could it be that you haven't set a doctype?

If you set a doctype, IE6 will behave, but IE5 won't.
If you want IE5 to center the page as well, read this:
