Borders - cant figure it out

Check out http://www.dubyadybyadybyadotcom.com/mobius in IE - note the
nice border. Check it out in Firefox -- or Mozilla and I presume
every other browser in the world and the border only coveres a minor
portion of the overall DIV.

Relevent CSS:

#page { margin: 20px auto;
width: 760px;
border: 1px solid #15447c;}

CSS URL:

http://www.dubyadubyadubyadotcom.com...stylesheet.css

I dont understand what is going on. Also if you hit the validate
button it will fail because of a nasty PHP 'bug' where it inserts
ampersands into URLs instead of & -- rest assured everything else
is valid and this oddity occured with or without a valid page.

Any help/guidence/alcohol would be appreciated.

James

You have set some height? Remove it.

Floats are removed from flow, and thus have no effect on height of div.

So even though they are floating within a DIV and have a height its
ignored by the Firefox because of flow rules?! .........

CSS was meant to make my life easier ......... :D

What then position: relatives ?!
