CSS problem.....Iframes versus <ul>

Playing around with iframes I run into a snag.
In the css for the menu, firefox absolutely refuses to recognize the
settings.
While in IE, it displays correctly.
Without the iframe, it works fine.

don't blame me for the duplicate text ads.
