css table problem

hi all,

i was trying to make some tables with css.
i html it is possible to make a table with a body that scrolls both in
horizontal and vertical direction. with css i can get this only to work
in IE and not in FF.
maybe somebody can tell me what i'm doing wrong here ?

I put this in your .scrollblock:

overflow: scroll;

and I got an horizontal scrollbar in gecko.

..scrollblock .row { width: 200% }

gives you a scrollbar. Of course it also fixes the width of the rows,
whereas you probably want them to adjust to fit their content. Not
sure how to do this. I think it is yet another example of wanting a
block to shrink to fit its children rather than expanding to fit its
parent. The solution is to use HTML tables.

i think fixing the with is probably the only way to make it work, as
otherwise the width is limited to the space within the block (which
makes sense).
