ecross browser question

Hi at all,
these lines work with firefox only but I need they work also with MSIE

<attach event="onmouseover" handler="goon" />
<attach event="onmouseout" handler="gooff" />

Pleae can you help me please?

What on earth does this have to do with stylesheets?
