need help with <div> + <iframe>

A's are : width:100% height:60px
B's : width:80px height:100% (or adjustable)
C's : width:100% height:100% (or adjustable)
D's : width:100% height:25px

can someone please help me with div's and iframes for
the picture below ?

PS:- C's are adjustable based on resize

If you are going to go down the route of frames, then use regular frames,
not iframes. With that design there is no point in using iframes.

A better solution would be to avoid the pitfalls of frames and go with
something sane in the first place. In that case you end up with a simple
2-column+header+footer layout.
