problem with nested div

dear readers of this group,

i want to expand and collapse content on a click and go basis, so if
you click "more" at the bottom of this page:
http://tomasio.laudatio.com/jobs/Cla...st_height.html you
will recognize that the content has become longer. i managed this with
changing the visibility of the id #template. unfortunately it does not
inherit the parent divs (TextBox) attributes. is this to be reached
somehow? could anybody tell me what code modifications necessary for
this? the css-file is here:
kind regards,

I've been fooling around with a test class and meanwhile I stumbled on a pointer problem. I have two classes, one being nested in the other. I've wrote a method in the nested class that would set a nested class's member pointer as a pointer to an instance of the other class. Here is the code: <code> template <class tData> class Foo

I found that I was repeating the same couple of lines over and over in a function and decided to split those lines into a nested function after copying one too many minor changes all over. The only problem is that my little helper function doesn't work! It claims that a variable doesn't exist. If I move the variable declaration, it finds the variable, but can't change it. Declaring the variable global in the nested function doesn't work...

I have unbound checkboxes in a nested gridview to allow multi-selection of "child" rows. For context, the parent gridview rows are for large "reports", the child rows are for various specific files comprising each report. Everything displays properly, including the checkboxes for each child row (each...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
