Mail Form content missing...

1 New Member
Hi all
I have a mail form on my website.
99% of the time it works fine however sometimes it dose not.

Whats happening is when a customer hits submit the content data is lost. I think it has someting to do with their mail settings. one out of every 100 emails just shows a blank screen.

Any Advise?

Could it be that you send HTML code in your message and that some customers do not accept HTML in their browser?
