how to align the page according to the viewer's resolution

html/css cannot do this, unless you mean centering the page according to the browser size.

yes centering the page according to the brower size, but how do i do it???

Horizontally is easy with CSS in most cases. To the outer most container:
margin:0 auto;

Vertical centering is more complicated.
