Menu Bar Problem

i have a problem with IE7,when i m clicks onto the web page(anywhere in the web page),my menu bar does't pull down (means they r in static position).. i m not understand what's the problem is?...[IMG]C:\Documents and Settings\Admini strator\Desktop \menuproblem.bm p[/IMG]
