Trying to Locate Old Web Page

I know this is not really on-topic, but I'm hoping someone can help
me.

In the late 1990s, I was a subscriber to Pacific Bell Internet
(PBI). Originally hosting my Web pages at Geocities because PBI did
not initially host subscriber Web page, I moved them to PBI by
1998. Later, I changed ISPs and moved my pages to VCNet, which was
then bought by ISWest (my present ISP).

I am trying to locate some of my old Web pages in the Internet
Archive (at <URL:http://www.archive.org/>. For this, I need the
complete URLs at PBI, but I can't remember them.

I know the URL for my home page at PBI ended either
/rossde/index.html or /rossde/home.html. But I can't remember the
domain at PBI for subscriber Web pages or whether there was a
directory above the rossde.

Can anyone help me?

I typed "Pacific Bell Internet" in a Google search and got several hits. if
you can get the format of the URL, could you just add the last part from
memory?

HTH,

Doug.

Thanks. You reminded me of the Google Groups search. I searched a
newsgroup to which I know I was posting during that time. I always
put my Web site's URL in my signature line (as I do now). GOT
IT!! I even got my Geocities URL, too.

Thanks again.

Good evening, I am trying to locate a standard (commonly accepted) XML schema for managing documents. What want to know is if someone has already created an XML schema for describing the pertinent data about a journal article (title, author(s), journal name, publication date, etc). If anyone can help me out here, I'd really appreciate it. You can email me at trekcelt @ yahoo.com.

how can I use a function inside a function, for example I want to select col1, col2 from table1 where locate(dayofweek(current date),col3) =dayofweek(current date) col3 is a field that contains a string like '12 4567', or '1 4567'. This field specifies what day in the week the job executes, and if there is a match, I want to report col1 and col2.

If the URL link to the web page is mailed to someone and they click on the link in Outlook and there are no web browsers already opened on their system, IE Starts, the open/save Dialog displays and then 1-2 seconds later the IE window closes...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
