How to show last updates in the Website

Hallo Matthias,

Gruss.
Bettina

Note: I tried cross-posting this message to several newsgoups, including comp.lang.perl.misc, c.l.p.moderated, comp.infosystems.www.authoring.cgi, comp.lang.javascript and comp.lang.php. Nothing appeared on my news server, so I'm trying again - this time posting a separate copy of the message to each group. I'm thinking this should be...

Reasons for a 3-tier achitecture for the WEB? (NOTE: I said, WEB, NOT WINDOWS. DON'T shoot your mouth off if you don't understand the difference.) I hear only one reason and that's to switch a database from SQL Server to Oracle or DB2 or vice versa... and that's it.... And a lot of these enterprises don't need it as they already know what...

I have clustered IIS 5.0. It is working on a fail-over clustered model (Active-Passive), with one node as a preferred owner and the other only as a failover. I make the changes to IIS from one node, and then synchronize it with the other node. All of the data is stored on a shared external disk array. I have around 50 websites. All of them...

I would like to show automatically, for example, the last 20 coasters that were published. I tried http://www.coaster.ch/Fotos/?M=D and I can see the list (ascending or descending) of the coasters. But I would like to show...

Hi All, I'm a little new to .NET and I'm having a threading issue I'm having a problem resolving/understanding. I'm making a plug-in into Word. A menu-option ('Check Updates') spawns a new thread which gathers information, and then displays a form (modal, 'ShowDialog'). Once the form is Close() 'd, it tries to run a system process -...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention.
