Pull data from Word 2007 form to Outlook email subject

I have a form I created in Word 2007, and I have set up the subject to pull in the sender's user id, the date and the time. On line 2 of the form the user needs to enter the Call ID. I would like the Call ID to populate on the email subject line, but I can't seem to figure it out. So if the call id is 123456, how can I get 123456 to populate in the subject line of the email? Any suggestions?
