locate the location

Hi, can someone tell me if I can track the location of where my email has been sent or from which location I have received the email from. I have tried to do that by grabbing the i.p. address, but it really doesnt helps that much.

There's no decent way, that I know of, of tracking where an email was dispatched from. Why do you need this information? Also, this has nothing to do with HTML, so I'm moving it to the Misc forum.

i think using a localization service like this one is the best bet to get a approximate result ... with all the pitfalls that such a tracking might have ... the shown service located my IP in Berlin while i'm sitting in Munich ... while a german service correctly located me :) ... probably everything rises and falls with the network-information that the service could use
