Web Front End

Whats the fastest (and reasonably well working) way to make a web front end for a employee time tracking database. I have tables populated with employee information and want to expose them for Read/Write via forms on my company's intranet. Nothing fancy but functional.

Thanks

If tools like Access or SQL Server are the best options, I am open to that too.

Well, that's really an open ended question....lots of languages and apps can do that.

I can say from experience that using ASP.NET to create a GridView is the simplest way I know to expose a table for read/write to the web.

But that's because I program in .NET. The other language forums might tell you other easy ways. What do you have experience in working with?
