What's with 'Our Community' menu group?

Attention Admins,
Time and time again, I've tried to follow the links on this site, under Our Community where it says on the main menu: 'Meet the Admins', 'Meet the Moderators', etc
Question is: is it by design that these links do now work properly? And if yes, why bother to place and leave them there? Who are they for?
I believe that a great, neat site like this can do things much tidier than dummy links, abi?

Regards, Ifedi.

My understanding is that these links will be finished in the weeks to come - our site has recently been receiving a rather large facelift, and the "Meet the ___" links are secondary priorities to other upgrades. It is our intention to finish them, we just haven't gotten to it yet.
