While providing communication training to the employees, educators usually focus more on written and oral methods of communication and pay little attention to the nonverbal methods of communication. Do you think that more training emphasis should be placed on nonverbal communication? Build an argument supporting your view point with justification?

What types of nonverbal communication is there?

Okay. Really, I believe you should definitely use a verbal and nonverbal form of addressing the workers. First off, you want to address the topic from your own point of view by speaking to them. Also, you want to give out either diagrams to show them the processes you wich for them to perform.

By showing them both ways you will be able to get your point and instructions across without any confusion

Hope this helps you out!

This is actually a duplicate post from a thread I replied to in the networking forum asking him what he thought as we weren't allowed to give answers.

I guess he doesn't like the 'discussion' part of his own question.
