How can I find data in column in one sheet and get into another sheet in particular c

Hello Everyone

I have two excel documents one is for manage the production for department and another is for calculate productivity for a person. Can I use some special coding for calculate the productivity for a person automatically in the other excel sheet. I am attaching two excel files for understanding the problem.

OR

Can you give me a new idea or plan for calculate the automatically productivity for a person with the tow or more excels.

Please help me ASAP. I need your help for my office.
