Help With Dreamweaver etc

Hey,
not sure where this discussion should be posted but if anyone could help me that would be much appreciated.

Ive designed a website in table form, i started with a basic design in Illustrator, sliced it in photoshop and am now putting it together in DW, my issues are two small ones really but as im new to this game im finding it hard to get my head around.

1, How can i get my designed Footer to stick to the bottom of my browser window no matter how much i expand etc.??? Keep in mind i currently have it in table form at %100 width.

2. Part of my design has to lines runing horizontally across the page, however i cant get them to continue to spred to fit the window when i expand it. If this makes sence????

any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Cheers.

You probably need to post the relevant code in the HTML forum and see if they can sort out your troubles.
