Login Screen

i want to create one new user for login....n then it should me approved by admin r supervisor..
once the user create a new username n password it should be mailed to supervisor for approval n also to himself....
Once the supervisor approved then only he should be able to login.......

I'm sorry, I don't understand your question.

You need to specify the situation and the environment. I'm guessing this is some sort of a web login? What systems are you using? What language is this all written in? What have you done to start this?
