Excel: Vlookup Or Iif Function?

I HAVE A WORKBOOK WITH TWO SHEETS. I WANT TO SELECT A RANGE ON WORKSHEET "A" AND COMPARE (not necessarily the same item count) TO RANGE IN WORKSHEET "B", THEN RETURN RESULTS FROM WORKSHEET "B" TO COLUMN IN WORKSHEET "A".

For example, worksheet B is used as a reference table. So if a name in worksheet A = the same name in worksheet B, then return the value in B that matches the name in B to worksheet A.
