Which is better J2EE, .NET or CGI?

Can anybody tell which technology will be better for a real time application.

Scenario is like we have to collect data from various servers (real time data), and segrigete that data and display it on a very user friendly GUI.

criteria are Performance, response time and throughput...

Need a quick response...
thanks
