Using Foxpro Table in HTML/DHTML

Hi all, I came across a situation where I do not have a web server running in background, but I need to give access to a .DBF file located on network, mine is mixed type of network AD and novell. So the dbf file is available on network, but my users do not know foxpro (or our co.policy prohibits to use foxpro by non-programmer users.)
I do not want to deploy an application on each PC I have no option but having a web page to update the said DBF file
My question is ---
Q. How do I write a client side code to update a dbf file?
Q. Will dhtml / java script help me?
