Hey, i would like to secure certain directories of my "game"
so, i tried the password protect directories and also the Redirect scripts...
the problem is, i when i redirect/password protect a directory, my game system is not being able to read the files too...
how can i make if so that ONLY users can't access the directory and the files in it ??

For instance, what OS is the game running on? Is it an online game? Locally installed game?
We need to know a little more before we can help you.

Online Game: Yes
Locally Installed: No (it's on shared hosting)

Well, if the OS is Linux, then you can use permissions to limit who can get where. Here is a link to an explanation of permissions if you don't already know.
