internet is not working

hello sir
my network connection is working but internet is not working,
can u pl tell what i hve to do for it?

You need to ping the default gateway. If it is working then check in

Tools---->Internet Option ---->connection---->Lan settings.


and set the proper proxy server Ip and port number .

Can you please, possibly, be a little more descriptive of the issue and what you are seeing? What have you checked?
