My Printer will onlt print the HTML

1
Hello
I have the same problem as a few others, but I didn't see a solution. I really need help. When I go to print anything from the web it prints the full HTML instead of the displayed text. I need to get this resolved before I buy any tickets. It started after changing from AOL to Qwest Broadband. I have un-installed the printer and then re-installed it but it didn't do any good. This happens when printing e-mails or from any webpage. Can someone tell me what to do?
Thank You
Dedona
