Server returns incorrect time

One of my accounts is set up with IPOWER WEB and uses Windows. I noticed the other day when testing the System.DateTime.Now from the server that the time was about four minutes too fast. Anyway I can fix by adjusting the returned time but would rather get these guys to sync it correctly. Since Im not an admin guy I could be mistaken about why there is a time difference in the first place. There might be a reason why the server is set to a faster time. I remember once a long time ago setting up a program to do backups and had to set the time on each server a little different so the backups would be staggered. Remember I said a long time ago! I dont think an admin would run into that problem with the configuration options they have today.
I also could fix by just using Javascript and get the time from the local machine but there is actually a need to be more reliable with the time.

Anyway just wondering if someone else has ran across this problem and how they approached the solution.

Thanks
