if we increase the processor speed then will the pages open faster even the browser page?if it is so..does it mean there is a variation in browser time?or does the browser time completely depend on the service provider's response..

When browsing, the operative word is "bottleneck".
The bottleneck will almost always be your modem. A faster processor is always a good thing to have, but until you ISP is providing very high data rates (like 5M), you may not see much improvement (unless your computer is very slow - less than 1 Ghz - currently).
