I want to show an UserControl from on page load

I have created an user control as follows:-

<%@ Register TagPrefix="user" TagName="user_top" Src="usercontrol/user_top.ascx" %>

i have included it is as follows:-
<user:user_top id="user_top1" RunAt="server" Visible="False">

Now i want to show it on Page_Load:-


Please help...
