Ruby Point of Sale slave register will not close out.

2
I Got 2 Ruby Verifone Register. One Is Master Other Is The Slave. On The Slave Register After Every Other Closing, I Get The Message "shift Closing, Please Wait" Blinking And The Slave Register In Hanged Up, I Can Not Do Anything Except Unplug And Restart Again To Get Rid Of It. The Master Register Is Working Ok And The Closing Is Also Getting Right With All The Reports. I Got The Software Installed Again On The Slave Register, But The Problem Remains. Any Suggestion/solution ?
