New TTS Engine Languages

Hello sir,

I developed the TTS program in VB by using the Sapi 5.1 version.Then I installed additionaly one TTS engine Language(Lernout & Hauspie TTS3000 British English).
In VB is not return the new voices
How to retreive newly installed TTS Language Voices in VB program by using the Sapi.dll

Doesn't that Lernout & Hauspie system come with a (programmers) manual?
I though that company went out of business a couple of years ago?
