how to hyperlink a URL display output from a form input - what PHP code to use?

Ok so you have already figured out with a name like netventuresmarketing that Im a Internet marketing type trying to teach myself some simple PHP. I purchased a turnkey program to set up a free directory or free classified site about social Internet marketing
.....everything seemed great and all seems to work after *the *install.
Then I noticed that there was no where for the member filling out the form to include a URL or link to their website. So I toyed with the various program files and actually added a field in the form and then the input actually displays where it is suppose to on the members profile page but NOW I cant get it to hyperlink. Again the field in the form ask the member include their
URL or website link like and its now displaying like this http://www.netventuresmarketing.com but its not hot linked.

So here is the question what code do I need to make that output display URL turn into a hyperlink?

So for the low tech interpretation but if you can interrupt you are better than most.... thank you so much for this chance to get free input.

You can look at the site here...(a work in progress) and run a test even if you want its free directory...and I will keep anyone who helps in the directory forever for free....(as long as your site people have clothes on etc) but the site where Im trying to get this to work is http://www.smoogers.com Smooger
