Do you have Skyp running? If you have then go into connection properties and untick use port 80.

I formatted my computer and installed XP Pro. I downloaded VertrigoServ started the Vertrigo and the icon "cross showed green. I downloaded phpDesigner. and created a folder 'vsusa'. I clicked to set the alias in Vertrigoserv and created a alias 'vsusa'. I I gave the directory as "d:\vsusa".I started firefox browser and created an address http://localhost/vsusa/. I ge the port problem or the firewall . I don't have any other program running besides Vertrigoserv and phpdDesigner and Firefox.

I saw the help attached to this subject and
I searched my computer for Skyp and didn't find it.
What might be the problem???
Any help
Thanks
jim
