logic to add two sparse matrices

how can we add two sparse matrices using C?i want the logic only!!!!!

Have you researched how to add them at all?

I would recommend starting here

From there, build your algorithm as a step by step process of what someone could do if they had two matricies in front of them on paper, how they could solve it. Then you're read to break each of those statements down into pseudocode, and start your coding after that!
