web page title in directed page

I have a link in page 1 that link to page 2 using <a href ........ >here</a>.
How can I change the title of the webpage on page two.
I did page that already done by some body. Page 2 seems to be in iframe.Page one is in www.page1.com displaeyd in the URL address. And page two displayed as www.page2.com. I want to modify the index page in www.page2.com but just couldn't find it.

IF you access this webpage , www.worldofmotorhomes.com , you see the URL is www.worldofmotorhomes.com.
Now try click on WOrld of Caravans button on the header. the URL display www.worldofcaravans.com. I want to modify the page but if you view its source code, seems like it is in a frame.

see there are two different pages
http://www.worldofmotorhomes.com/
and
http://www.worldofcaravans.com/

then using top.location.href you can always change the ul of index page from any link given in Iframe

problem is I don't know where is that www.worldofcaravans.com located. There is no such directory
