about odbc from forms 6i with micro soft sql server

Hi, I also raise the question before that but no body reply me i am very disappointed from response my question is ?

i want to connect forms 6i with microsoft sql server i create odbc connection for sql server but forms not connected to sql server database please guide me with example for connectivity thanks faheem
