Any method/software to keep track of maintenance hours?

2
I'm going to be offering a maintenance plan of 5 hours/month to my clients. I was wondering if there is any method/software that can keep track of how many hours you work for each of your clients. I'd use this for administrative purposes and also, if possible, to show clients that I have actually worked that number of hours (though I don't think they will trust anything, am I wrong?) How do you guys handle this?? I'm curious...

I usually just keep a spreadsheet recording time worked for each client and a brief description of the job. Most are OK with that.
