About MFC

Hello,
My name is Umesh . Am feeling very difficult to understand the MFC programming. We need to do a Project on Image Viewer using MFc dot net.

What it needs to do is to Detect an external device which is connected to the system ,
able to import the images from the external device and with in the system

export the images with in the system.

need to vary the brightness, contrast, rotate and zoom the image and save it.

Can you guide me which book i have to study and can i get any codes related to my application.
