How do I insert an image?

Hi,

How do I insert an image in my post? I want to insert a snapshot of my webpage in my post..Is that possible?

You can attach a file by posting your message, then accessing the Edit/Delete option on the post and using the Attachment section to upload the picture. Unfortunately, this will not actually display the picture, but it will provide a link to the picture file. I think this is because pictures take a lot of loading time, and KUB (site administrator) wants to keep waiting time to a minimum.

Thanks for ur response, Well I did try uploading an image as you'd suggested but dint work out due to some error in uploading and then the time was up..is there any way I can upload it again for the same post?

It is possible to include the image in the actual post, though. I've seen it done.

Most likely via the [img] tag. Try looking in the FAQ.

I did look this up in the FAQ section and this is what I came across:

But I think this works if the image is online whereas my image was a snapshot of my webpage residing on my computer, dont know how that would have worked..
