Is Firefox missing features or am I missing their settings?

So far, I would like to find these features in Firefox:
Print Preview
Cookie blocking dialog (ask whether to allow or block for a site)
Home page list to easily open a new tab.

I'm sure that I'll find others as I go.

Also can't find RSS reader, nor help info on it.

1) file->print preview
2) Tools->options->privacy
3) Not sure what you mean. To open a new tab, either ctrl+T or right click on a tab.

RSS reader is automatic and shows up as an orange logo in the address bar. Just click on it.

Ok, I get the multiple home pages thing now.
Multiple home pages. Open the home pages in tabs. Then tools->options->general and select "use current pages"

Thanks, Doc. I may actually begin to like this browser with your help.
I had looked right at that button and missed it, so mostly what's missing is my eye glasses and a familiar UI.

Under IE7, I had a list of RSS subscriptions (somewhat like bookmarks) that I was able to browse. Is this possible under Firefox? Perhaps I just add bookmarks, or it's a bookmark add-on.

I don't use RSS anymore so I'm not familiar with most of that stuff but here's a link to Mozilla's page about that. RSS is also under tools->options->feeds

Make sure you visit tools->add-ons->Get Extensions (lower right corner).

I switched back to IE. There are just too many things that are actually list which have no list-type controls. i.e. Home pages and RSS subsciptions.

I don't understand. Did you look at the extensions, too? I'm sure FF is much more flexible than IE will ever be. And IE7 is a broken browser, too.
