advice needed for newsletters

dear all

i have a question that i have difficulty finding the answer on the net.

I have received a lot fo newsletters by email, i am wondering how do the newsletters appear in the centre of the email page, with images links etc.

I have tried to use outlook express to enter html code of a single newsletter i have made. however, the font in it will follow the font of outlook express and the images are missing.

could someone please explain it to me in a very easy manner thank you.

another question, what is the meaning of embedded things in a webpage and how do i make images and fonts embedded into a newsletter?
