DELETING and I mean washing out

Hi. I have this old website (with all the admin files residing in a "free webhost") that i need to be able TO DELETE from the whole whole whole world wide web. And i mean it. The web host closed in. My friends tried contacting the old administrators of the free webhosting and they said that the only party who can request for them to delete the site is our new web host.

When our new web host tried contacting the old host, they were getting a "site suspended" or something with the same sense message. Our organization needs to close the old site and redirect them to the new one. But the old host is making things difficult for us. Besides, their hosting involves unpleasant ads. :( it's affecting not just the viewers but also the image of the organization. PLease we need help. Thanks in advance
