Copying user profile

We have Application Server on HP: HP/UX 11i. Oracle: Version 7.3.3.4, database server on Windows 2003 server.
Is there any way of copying user profile from main server to a backup server box in automated way. Whenever new user account is created manual work also has to be done on the backup server also to keep both in synch. Is there any automated way of doing it. Any help is appreciated.

Are you trying to just back up their profile or their entire login information. The Profile itself is just the information they login to and can be backed up however you may occur a few cid issues when trying to reconnect it, which in case you may want to remove this and have them login and create a new cid.
