How do you stay energized for the long hours of development, product launches, or just general work?
Over the years I've heard of many ways people try to keep themselves focused and energized for work.
Some people need the energy drinks, some people maintain a really healthy lifestyle (exercise and eat well), others lift weights, run to gather thoughts, listen to music, meditate, work in rooms by themselves, keep a task list, others just don't talk.
Personally, I've gone through a lot of these methods to find what works for me. During my work sessions, I can only listen to soft piano music. Nothing else works for me. I also need a task list, and have this fixation for outlining everything I do.
