how can i post score to facebook wall ?

I have made a app that will be uploaded to googleplay, before doing so i would like to put a share button on it, when the user clicks share it should post a link to my app in google play plus some vars for score. some thing like below...

this work well for a link to my app but how do i add

"New score 5000 points bet you cant beat it!" or something similar

With the 5000 point above being dynamic. I have tried reading facebook ui info but it all seems way to complicated for just a simple thing that I am trying to do. I dont want information from facebook i just want to post a few vars to the wall from my app.

Additionally my app is not and will not be on facebook, I don't know If this is helpful info or not but just thought i might add it.
