Will somebody help me PLeeeeeeease!!!

Some has put some sort of block on my google desktop.
What keeps coming up is this.......( ');} }catch (e) {} ).
Please tell me what this is.Well I have figured out that it blocks viewing Web pages in the History.

Is there anybody who can tell me how to change this. This shows up on a guest account. This is my computer , I really don't appreciate this at all. No telling what else has been manipulated on my Laptop.

Help me please!!...........................
