opening a ppt file from within a flash file

How does one create a simple menu page with links to open ppt files?

You need to create a button or text link that will connect to the link.
if you use a button then you would need to do something like this.

click on the button or text you made.
Select the behaviors window and click on the plus sign (+) select go to webpage. Type in the path your ppt file is at. Click ok. that it.
Make sure you have the right path/directory or it will not work.
You if use the text as a link Flash will make you convert it to a symbol
