Trying to define a concept

Ok so I have an idea. I will warn you ahead of time, it concerns Myspace, so anyone with any proclivity to barf at the mention of MurdochSpace.. please contain yourselves.. lol

Anyway... One of Myspace's best features in my opinion, are the groups. Now when I say "best" I mean that's the feature I use the most communicate on an ongoing basis with various online communities. The problem is that Myspace groups are notoriously scripted with a million and one holes... these are well known.

So this means that any 13 yo kid with a mind to be retarded can destroy any group you invest any amount of time in cultivating those interests.

My idea is simple... develop a flash application that a person can log into online that will scan, ban, delete so moderators can regain some control. I think all the relevant data is readable. Each group has an ID in the url, each user has an ID, each thread has an ID, and each post has an ID.

Is it doable? And could it be done in a fashion that just reads retrieves text data to make it as fast as possible?
