adding effects to dynamic text

Hello!
I am looking for a way to add a mirroring effect to a single line of text that is loaded in to the swf file through the query string (file.swf?var=value).
When i type static text and apply the mirror effect to it it looks very nice but when i change the text field from static text to dynamic text, the effect won't display.
I was thinking that maybe I could add a second frame with an actionscript that converts the queried text to a movie clip before the effect is rendered.
Is there any way to do this?
Any suggestions? I dont know much action script... and I dont know that much flash either...

Hi johanwahlberg!
That problem might be casue by a hell lot of different issues.
The most common one, though, is because you may have forgotten to embed the font. When using dynamic textareas, you MUST embed the font, so it can be displayed in any computer regardless the client having or not theat font. Also, if the client has that font, if the textarea is somehow transformed (flipped to cause a mirror-like-effect counts as a transformation) if the font is not embedded, it won't be displayed.

Embed the font and then tell me what happened, if it is still not working, then it must be other issue. But I'm pretty sure that's the one.

Best regards,
