AS3 - Why the change? And layman's synopsis? Thanks!

elamberdor
Hi All!

Well~ I have been looking around the net, for an easier way to understand the new Action sctipt 3 - as every example i've seen and read through is really confusing! I like the on(release) functions, made the transition from Director way-back-when to flash so much easier!

I thought a few people may be interested in this and i'm just wondering if anyone could briefly explain AS3's simple function changes, such as a change to button functions, and even why the change!?! =)
Thanks!
